All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to prevailing law of the Republic of Lithuania.

Reservations

By completing a reservation transaction you will receive a confirmation document with a unique order ID associated with your name. If you wish to assign the reservation to a different person, please contact us after completing the transaction and a revised confirmation will be prepared.

The reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time. To request a refund, simply contact us and the deposit will be returned to the original payment method.

The number of reservation places is limited. Reservation holders will receive priority access to the pre-order campaign when it launches. A reservation that is not used during the subsequent pre-order campaign will expire.

Vehicle development status

AKO Sprint is currently in concept and development phase. Specifications, design, and appearance are subject to change as the vehicle progresses through engineering and homologation. By placing a reservation, you acknowledge that the final production vehicle may differ from any images, renders, or descriptions shown at the time of reservation.
